I cry
For how I suffer
For how I let my youthful thoughts
effect my stay
My feet are burning
But
Being infinite
I split myself to two
The deeper
wiser me
Takes the crying me
In hands
Look around, I say
See how energy makes the trees
Do you see
How sensitive it is
And happy
As
It
Flows?
You too are energy
And all you see around
Is you
Including me
Do you see
How much
you love
yourself?
This poem handed me a mirror speaking at a high frequency that continues once the song is over.
For me this is an illustration of nurturing both chaos and order; a soulful and adult version I liken to the powerful childhood prayer:
Now I lay me down to sleep
I pray the Lord my soul to keep
If I die before I wake
I pray the Lord my soul to take
To know ourself is important; to be kind to ourself is imperative. Thank you for being here
