127. The energies in the body and the thoughts that move them

P1000234

The intention was to paint the inside of all the shapes in the drawing, And to come out with the colors at the top of the shapes. First let me do the way that each color comes out and up a little bit from its designated area, I said to myself. These are the tricky areas. So let me do them first. But when I finished, it looked good to me just as it was. The strong contrast between the lines inside of the big areas (where the olive green lines are, where the other green lines are, where the red lines are, where the darker red areas are and where the blue lines are) and the white, gave these areas a lot of energy, and together with the way the lines curled and bent, as if they were in the middle of doing something, there was so much life inside if the shapes. I liked it and did not want to change.

So what do I get from this?

For me it feels like the energy of life inside of my body, about to explode. No. Not to explode, but to do something big, to do something loving and beautiful.

I looked at the drawing a day later and I still liked it. So it was time to sign.

****************

Everything is born out of thought.

My hand is the result of a thought. This is how it started and this is how it is being created again and again every very short time, like the way a movie is being created from some thirty pictures every second, that when shown continuously, look like something that moves naturally.

The thought that creates my hand has become a habit that is activated regularly. Based on another thought, which is the story of my life, images are chosen to create motion that will fit with the story of my life. I don’t know how all of this works, with all the details. If you want to understand it from the perspective of a human being, which is what we are of course, you will have many questions. And after they will be answered there will be so much more questions. The amount of details is beyond measure. We are dealing here with infinity, using our finite mind.

Whatever happened to my feet continues to happen so many times every minute. The minutes that have passed have gone out of my reach. Some people, who have the talent to see through the big consciousness of all of us, may visit these moments and see the process happening again. I think all of us can have (less controllable) access to past events in dreams, and in inner visions, connected to memories.

The habits of thoughts that keep creating the nerve damage and the resulting pain in my feet, started some 70 years ago. Do you think I need to visit that time in order to correct my thoughts and with the change of thought, the disease activity will stop?

But you see, the thoughts and the behavior of my energy, that creates this condition, are not those of seventy years ago. They happen right now, so many times every second. So it is enough to deal with what is here now.

There is still a lot to explore. But I’ll stop here. This is enough for one entry.

159. Lines across the path

Lines across the path

Lines across the path

The soft lines of ploughed earth

End at the foot of the hills

Where the flow of green

Also stops

Red in the sky warns you

That it can turn black

And even here

At the beginning of your trip

Where you can touch the earth

With bare feet

There is a branch across your path

Are you sure you want to go?

And the river speaks for you

Saying yes.

I did not like this drawing so much and it lay on the table for a while.

The “reading” was so simple and straight forward. You just describe what you see and you have the meaning.

So many times it is like this, in life too, that the secret is hidden in plain sight.

It is about resistance: The fear of moving in your flow. If you want to flow, change the subject of your trust from habits to  love.

141. Flying is daring

I came to my desk at around 5AM again. I made the drawing that you see here. I wrote what parts of the drawing conveyed to me. I scrambled the sentences and rewrote them in a new order. I read. It did not make much sense to me, so I left it on the desk, to see it in the morning.

In the morning I immediately saw that it was a very coherent advice from my intuition. I want to show you how these things work, because you can do it too. Maybe at first it will feel strange and untrustworthy. But as you do this more times you will start seeing that it never fails to deliver something of importance, assisting you on your path. I am not the only one who has a guide inside of him. Everybody has. Listening to this guidance, you know that you are never alone. You know that you are loved. Basically you realize there is no problem anywhere. There is only your free will, choosing to allow the flow of who-you-are, or resisting it.

Trees do not think

Trees do not think

Be very forceful and decisive now

Thinking is like flying to places

It is hard to hold all this in your head

Look at your neighbor the tree

This is the way the air goes through it

The pipe is open and listening

And remember:

Flying is daring.

Now if you look at the drawing you’ll see the little tree near the base, in yellow.

The flesh color part, as if turning toward something, which is outside and being strong and with a specific intension, made me write the first line.

The green shape in the upper right, made me write about flying.

The violet and the dark pink, looking like a living thing breathing, made me write about the pipe, open and listening.

The circle in the upper middle part of the drawing made me think about a head that carries everything.

The flying part brought another sentence about thinking as flying.

The light blue little balloon-like shape, under the head and slightly to the left, made me write the sentence about air.

The tree is a being that has no thoughts to block the flow of what-it-is.

Now when I read the poem, this is what comes to me from the reading:

I am still in the process of healing. It has gone well. Maybe it is the last step. I have to be decisive and keep my focus on being healthy.

My thoughts will take me where I want to go. They will fly me, as it came in the original sentences.

It is hard to do all this from the head, meaning through thoughts of the limited “I”.

This part knows only about differences among things. If you want to go west, thoughts about the east will come up too and the two directions will have to fight with each other. The fighting makes you tired and you lose the focus.

The only way to do it right is through the heart, meaning, opening your mental and emotional being to become a non-resisting pipe, to allowing who-you-truly-are flow through you. This flow, if not hindered, is the solution to everything. It always has a focus and since health is inherent in it, it will bring health, if you want it.

The daring has to do with trusting the unknown to guide you.

When you see in your experience that the unknown loves you and can guide you if you are willing to be guided by it, the trusting becomes easier. The daring becomes a habit.
